Cloud VoIP Communications Services Analyst

URGENTLY NEEDED: Cloud VoIP Communications Services Analyst, W2 Only

Are you a skilled telecommunications professional with experience in cloud-based voice solutions, VoIP, PBX, and interactive voice response systems? Do you have a passion for coordinating and expediting communications services? If so, we want you on our team!

YOUR RESUME MUST SHOW THAT YOU MEET THE FOLLOWING JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Three years of experience coordinating the planning, design, and provisioning of voice and data telecommunications services for end-user organizations.
  • Experience with cloud-based voice, VoIP, PBX, IVR, and ACD.
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Cisco Webex, Amazon Connect, Zoom, and Cisco UC or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with the service request lifecycle and coordinating with vendors.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Valid California Class C Driver License with no restrictions.
