Free Training Course in Construction Scheduling & Project Controls

We are offering a hands-on training program designed for motivated individuals who are interested in construction scheduling and project controls. 

 

Qualifications

  • Current students or recent graduates in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
  • Anyone interested in project planning, construction management, or scheduling.
  • No prior Primavera P6 experience required—just a willingness to learn.


What You’ll Learn

  • Fundamentals of project planning and scheduling.
  • Practical use of Primavera P6 for creating and updating project schedules.
  • How to analyze project timelines, identify critical paths, and understand construction logic.
  • Exposure to baseline schedules, risk identification, and professional scheduling practices.

Duration

  • Every day for 2 weeks from 1 to 3 pm
