What You’ll Do

• As a Leadership Development Intern, you’ll:
• Learn proven leadership and communication frameworks used by top-performing remote teams
• Work alongside experienced mentors (many making six to eight figures) to understand client relations, team development, and virtual presentation systems
• Participate in weekly leadership huddles, mindset workshops, and sales training sessions
• Gain exposure to performance-based career tracks — from internship to full-time leadership opportunity

(No prior industry experience or license required — we provide full virtual training.)

Program Details

Type: Remote Internship (Flexible schedule, 10–15 hours/week)

Location: Virtual – applicants must reside (or being attending higher study) in AL, DC, FL, GA, KY, LA, MA, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, VA, VT, and WV

Compensation: Performance-based stipend and leadership bonuses available
