Human Resources Intern (Work-Study Only)
Note: This position is only open to students who qualify for federal or state work-study.
As a Human Resources Intern at Folio, you will support people operations that help the organization recruit, onboard, and engage students and team members. You will assist with candidate communication, documentation, and coordination tasks that keep day to day operations running smoothly.
This role is well suited for students studying human resources, business, psychology, communications, or related fields who want hands-on experience working in HR within a mission-driven environment.
What You’ll Do
Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes for student interns and team members.
Help schedule interviews and manage communication with candidates.
Maintain organized HR records and documentation.
Support internal communications and engagement activities.
Conduct light research on HR practices and opportunities for operational improvement.

Qualifications
Must be eligible for federal or state work-study funding.

Comfort using spreadsheets and Google Workspace tools.
