Organizational Effectiveness and Learning Assistant

Job Title:  Organizational Effectiveness & Learning Assistant  

Department: Organizational Effectiveness & Learning Team    

Position Overview: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative student to assist the Organizational Effectiveness and Learning Lead. This role involves supporting the development and enhancement of training materials to ensure high-quality learning experiences across the organization. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Review and Update Training Materials: 

Audit existing job aids and video demos for accuracy and clarity. 

Revise outdated content to align with current processes and standards. 

Create Instructional Content: 

Watch training demos and translate them into clear, step-by-step job aids. 

Develop short, engaging instructional videos that visually demonstrate processes. 

Multimedia Production: 

Record professional voiceovers for video demos. 

Capture high-quality screenshots and integrate them into job aids. 

Edit videos using basic video editing tools to ensure smooth flow and clarity. 

Quality Assurance: 

Ensure all materials are visually appealing, easy to follow, and compliant with organizational branding guidelines. 

Test job aids and videos for accuracy by following the documented steps. 

Qualifications: 

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes and workflows. 

Comfortable using snipping tools and basic video editing software. 

Knowledge of Adobe tools is a plus. 

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 

Preferred Skills: 

Familiarity with instructional design principles. 

Creative approach to presenting information visually and verbally. 

Hours: 

10-20 hours per week, flexible scheduling around class commitments.
