Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Associate:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide the necessary solutions that best fit their situation
• Build meaningful relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction
• Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and strategy
• Participate in training programs to develop key sales and leadership skills
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications products and services
• Collaborate with AT&T Sales Associate team members to improve overall customer experience and sales strategies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, services, and brand benefits through daily meetings with the AT&T Sales Associate team
• Attend ongoing training sessions with the senior and entry-level AT&T Sales Associate team to refine sales, negotiation, and customer service techniques
