Records Managment CPI School of Nursing
The CPI intern will support the Idaho State University School of Nursing in improving and maintaining academic, accreditation, and administrative records. This position will focus on organizing student documentation, compiling outcome data, updating course petition materials, and enhancing physical and digital filing systems. The intern will work under the supervision of the Program Admissions and Records Specialist (PARS) and contribute to projects that support reporting, program efficiency, and long-term data management.
The intern must demonstrate punctuality, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with confidential student information in accordance with FERPA guidelines. Familiarity with Excel is required, and familiarity with BOX is preferred.
Hours: 10 - 15 hours per week
Duration: Spring 2026
Location: Human Development Center, Pocatello campus
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with compiling and organizing student outcome data for accreditation purposes.
- Support the updating and maintenance of course documentation and academic records.
- Help manage and organize digital file systems and student folders.
- Participate in physical file cleanup and reorganization projects.
- Contribute to the digitization and archiving of historical materials and reference documents.
- Perform general administrative support tasks as assigned.
