Description:

We are seeking a Dynamic Salesperson to sell a simple software solution to small businesses that are found at Farmers Market. 
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to clearly demonstrate, and the drive to build friendly relationships. This role involves frequent client visits.

What You’ll Do 
• Visit small businesses, including farmers market vendors, local farms, specialty food shops, and independent grocery stores, to introduce and promote our Product
• Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate our Products features, benefits, and value 
• Build and maintain friendly, professional relationships with owners, managers, and vendors 
• Identify opportunities, overcome objections, and close sales with confidence 
• Represent our Product at farmers markets, food fairs, and community business events 
• Provide real-time feedback to the team on customer needs and product improvements 
What We’re Looking For 
• A proactive, energetic communicator who enjoys being face-to-face with customers 
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills 
• Comfortable conducting live demos and simplifying technical tools for non-technical audiences 
• Ability to travel locally and meet with clients frequently 
• Experience selling into the food industry (FMCG, food manufacturing, food ingredients, consumer packaged goods, etc.) is a plus — but not required 
• Passion for supporting small businesses and local producers
