Position: Office Assistant
Type: Part Time
Location: New York, NY
Position Summary: Administrative support to Chief Administrative Officer, Marketing Department and Executive Assistants. Duties include but are not limited to: filing, reception coverage, conference/meeting services, data entry, research as well as other miscellaneous projects as they arise.
Primary Responsibilities:
▪ Administrative Support to Chief Administrative Officer, Marketing Department and Executive Assistants
▪ Reception back-up: cover Receptionist's lunch breaks, PTO, etc.
▪ Office responsibilities: ensure supply closet and tech room remain well stocked & organized
▪ Kitchen responsibilities: order all beverages, snacks, cups, etc.
▪ Overall assistance in order to make the office run more efficiently and effectively
Essential Requirements:
▪ Prior office experience
▪ High School diploma; Associate degree preferred
▪ Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
▪ Good organizational skills
