Crystals & Gemstones

Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist customers with product recommendations
Provide accurate information about products and services
Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Meet sales quotas and contribute to profitability
Engage in special projects (social media, workshops, merchandising, etc.)
Provide feedback to the owner and collaborate with the team

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years retail experience in sales or customer service
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Understanding of retail sales, consumer behavior, and retail math
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, problem-solve, and adapt
Familiarity with metaphysical and magical arts practices/products
Flexible availability for shifts (weekends required)

Part-time or full time

Compensation
