Data Analyst ETL

Job Title: Data Analyst (ETL) – Remote
Location: Eden Prairie, MN (100% Remote
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM ET

Responsibilities & Requirements : 

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter (5+ years required). 
  • Develop and optimize complex queries using Oracle & PL/SQL (5+ years, strong performance tuning required). 
  • Build and maintain scripts using Python/Shell scripting (2+ years) for automation and data processing. 
  • Perform data analysis (2+ years) to support business and technical requirements. 
  • Design and implement data models for enterprise data warehouse environments. 
  • Work with multi-terabyte Oracle Exadata environments for large-scale data processing. 
  • Extract, transform, and load healthcare data including Medicaid, Medicare, and payer systems (2+ years required). 
  • Ensure data quality using Informatica Data Quality & Test Data Manager tools. 
  • Apply strong knowledge of data warehouse architecture & database design principles. 
  • Perform data validation, cleansing, enrichment, and auditing processes. 
  • Optimize ETL and database performance through tuning and troubleshooting techniques. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMs and developers in an agile environment. 
  • Work with healthcare data standards such as 834, 837, and NCPDP transactions (preferred). 
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and data security standards (preferred). 
  • Exposure to modern data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS (nice to have). 

Project Overview:

  • You will work on building scalable ETL frameworks within a large Oracle-based healthcare data ecosystem, integrating public and private healthcare data.
