Cashier / Customer service

Job Summary:

Join our Dairy Queen team and be part of a fast-paced, fun work environment! As a Crew Member, you'll provide excellent customer service, prepare food and frozen treats, and maintain a clean and friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greet customers warmly and take accurate orders
✅ Prepare and serve food, ice cream treats, and beverages following DQ standards
✅ Handle cash and operate the POS system efficiently
✅ Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
✅ Work as a team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience
✅ Assist with stocking and inventory as needed.

✅Inform immediate supervisor promptly of all problems or unusual matters of significance.

✅Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders.
