Pediatric Physical Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental delays, neuromuscular conditions, orthopedic concerns, and gross motor impairments
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
• Provide caregiver education and home program instruction
• Collaborate with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other team members
• Complete timely and accurate documentation
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinic culture

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible for Physical Therapy licensure in Tennessee
• Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and families
