Cornerstone Physical Therapy is a manual therapy–based outpatient clinic in Spokane, WA, dedicated to delivering personalized, hands-on care that helps patients move and live better. We are seeking a Physical Therapist with strong outpatient orthopedic experience and a preference for or certification in dry needling to join our collaborative team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
• Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics
• Focus: Manual therapy, individualized care, and patient education

Compensation

$38–$48 per hour (DOE – rate commensurate with experience and specialty training)

Comprehensive total compensation package valued at $90,000–$110,000 annually, including benefits such as health insurance, student loan repayment, retirement match, and continuing education support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Washington State PT license (or eligibility)
• 1–2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Experience or certification in dry needling highly valued
• Passion for manual therapy and quality, one-on-one patient care
