Commission-based Appointment Setter - Remote

HIRING COMMISSION-BASED APPOINTMENT SETTER — REMOTE

CMA Bookkeeping & Taxes LLC helps small business owners get clean, organized books and reduce tax-time stress.

I’m looking for 1–2 appointment setters to help book calls with business owners who need bookkeeping, cleanup, or tax-time organization support.

This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity with training, scripts, and lead lists provided.

Compensation:

  • $25 for each qualified appointment that shows up

Plus commission when the client signs:

  • Starter package: $75
  • Essential package: $150
  • Growth package: $250
  • Advanced package: $325+

Plus a retention bonus after the client completes 3 paid months:

  • Starter: $50
  • Essential: $100
  • Growth: $150
  • Advanced: $200

Estimated monthly earning potential:

  • Part-time beginner: $250–$350/month
  • Solid performer: $700–$900/month
  • Strong performer: $1,200–$1,500/month
  • Very strong performer: $2,000+/month

What you’ll do:

  • Message and/or call small business owners
  • Follow provided scripts and outreach guidance
  • Book qualified appointments
  • Track basic outreach activity
  • Follow up professionally and consistently

A qualified appointment means the prospect owns or manages a real business, is interested in bookkeeping or tax support, understands this is a paid service, and shows up for the scheduled call.

Qualifications:

  • Appointment-setting, sales, customer service, or outreach experience preferred
  • Comfortable messaging and/or calling small business owners
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Professional, reliable, and coachable
  • Able to follow scripts, outreach guidance, and a simple tracking process
  • Comfortable with performance-based compensation
  • Basic computer and phone skills
  • Organized enough to track outreach activity and appointment details
  • Interest in improving sales, communication, and small-business outreach skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
