Primary Social Media Platforms:

  • WIX Website management
  • TikTok
  • Facebook
  • Instagram

 

Product Sourcing Platforms:

E-Commerce Website Platform:

  • Wix (Website & Inventory Management).

SEO Website performance

Sales Campaigns (via texting and email).
 

Core Responsibilities

1. Product Sourcing & Listing (E-Commerce Management)

  • Download product images from supplier platforms
  • Music application
  • Branding Merchandise
  • Rename products professionally
  • Upload product photos to Wix
  • Create accurate pricing (based on cost + markup guidance)
  • Write product descriptions (benefits-focused, pet-centered)
  • Create organized folders/categories inside Wix
  • Maintain inventory tracking in Wix
  • Ensure product variants (size, color, style) are correctly listed
  • Monitor low-stock alerts

 

Standard Expectation:

  • X new products uploaded per week (you decide the number)
  • All listings must be clean, organized, and consistent in branding

 

2. Content Creation & Brand Marketing

  • Take original photos of physical products
  • Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks)
  • Develop storylines around:
    • Pet lifestyle
    • Grooming tips
    • Holistic pet care
    • Behind-the-scenes at your grooming salon
    • Product features & benefits
  • Edit videos using CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
  • Add captions, trending sounds, and hashtags
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic
  • Repurpose content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook


 

Posting Expectations:

  • Google Ad's
  • Facebook Ad's
  • TikTok Ad's
  • TikTok: X posts per week
  • Instagram: X posts per week (reels + stories)
  • Facebook: X posts per week

You must define exact posting frequency.

 

3.  Selling & Revenue Generation

  • Prepare products for website selling
  • Create Online What's New 
  • Email campaigns


 

4. Organization & Systems

  • Maintain organized digital folders for:
    • Product photos
    • Videos
    • Supplier screenshots
  • Keep updated product inventory sheets
  • Track:
    • Top-performing posts
    • Best-selling products
    • Slow-moving inventory
  • Provide weekly performance summary reports


 

Daily Task Structure

  • Check social media notifications & comments
  • Respond to DMs (if assigned)
  • Post scheduled content
  • Engage with 20-30 target accounts
  • Review inventory updates
  • Work on 1 product upload or content piece.
  • Upload X new products to Wix
  • Film 2-4 short-form videos
  • Submit performance summary
  • This position does not focus on Fun content. It is focused on technical inventory work and revenue expectations.


 

You need to tie this role to sales growth, not just posting.

The analyzation will focus on

  • Decide how many hours per week of posting and marketing will be completed
  • Decide what success looks like in 30, 60, and 90 days
  • This position internship-level and revenue-producing

Weekly Targets:

  • 5-10 new products uploaded per week
  • 100% of products include:
    • Edited title
    • Benefit-focused description
    • Correct pricing with markup
    • Organized category folder
  • Inventory log updated weekly
  • Zero duplicate listings
