Reporting to the Director of Compensation, the Compensation Coordinator plays an important role in supporting compensation programs, job classification, salary benchmarking, and market analysis efforts that help attract and retain top talent across the University.

This position offers valuable professional growth opportunities, exposure to university-wide HR initiatives, and the chance to partner with leaders across campus while building specialized compensation expertise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis
  • Evaluate positions and support fair, competitive pay practices
  • Partner with HR and campus departments on compensation matters
  • Prepare reports, maintain compensation systems, and support salary review cycles
  • Help ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years of HR or compensation-related experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
