About Us: Sunsational Swim School is the nation’s largest on-demand provider of private swim instruction at home and community pools. We were founded in 2009 and are a rapidly growing, family-owned company serving 40 metro areas with over 2000 Sunsational swim instructors nationwide. We make learning to swim convenient, effective, and fun by providing experienced instructors who travel to our clients’ pools. Over the last 10 years, our online service has matched thousands of clients and instructors across the country.
Business Development Intern:
- Excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop skills in business administration, HR, payroll processing, on-demand workforce management, and client billing
- We are seeking a detail-oriented "multi-tasker" who is able to assist in the organization and completion of daily administrative tasks
Your responsibilities:
- Administrative, computer-based tasks that require high attention to detail
- Use recruiting software to track applicants through the hiring process
- Post and manage jobs across multiple platforms
- Communicate efficiently with applicants and instructors through all platforms
- Complete criminal background, social media, and reference checks
- Administrative support for the HR team
- Process contractor timesheets with high attention to detail
- Assist with instructor payroll processing
- Bill and refund clients
- Work efficiently with all of the departments to address and solve problems
- Work proficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

- Excellent computer application, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Great organizational skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Team-oriented and the ability to work with little to no supervision, if needed
- Task-oriented, ability to accurately and quickly complete tasks and move them to completion
- Bachelor's degree or degree in progress preferred

Position Info:
- Seasonal, full-time position throughout summer (40/hours per week)
- Requires a flexible schedule, including some weekends
- Pay: $19-$20
