Entry Level Civil Engineer

About the Role

This position is ideal for a recent college graduate looking to start a career in land development. As a Graduate Engineer, you will work closely with our Land Development team and a licensed Professional Engineer, gaining hands-on experience across all phases of site development from design and permitting through construction and final delivery.

What You Will Do

• Assist with land development plans including grading, stormwater management, utilities, and roadway design
• Support permitting efforts with PA DEP, PennDOT, and local municipalities
• Work with consultants, attorneys, and contractors throughout the development process
• Participate in zoning, entitlement, and approval processes
• Attend site visits and construction meetings
• Assist with project budgeting, bid review, and cost tracking
• Review engineering reports and environmental data
• Support due diligence efforts for potential land acquisitions

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (or graduating soon)
• Interest in land development, site design, or construction
• Internship or co-op experience is a plus
• Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license
