Do you love weddings, parties, and the behind-the-scenes magic that makes events unforgettable? Legacy Events is offering a Wedding & Event Coordinator Internship where you’ll shadow professional planners, assist at events, and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of event coordination.
This role is ideal for students or aspiring planners looking to build real-world skills, earn internship/experience hours, and grow their professional network in the events industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Shadow lead planners during weddings and events to learn the ins and outs of coordination
- Assist with event setup, vendor communication, and timeline management
- Help guide bridal parties, guests, and vendors throughout the event day
- Support with rehearsals, decor layouts, and on-the-spot problem-solving
- Gain experience in client interaction, organization, and event logistics
- Contribute to creative planning sessions and styled mockups

- Hours are flexible and based on events + office needs (some evenings and weekends)
- Event days may run longer than office days—expect to see both the fun and the hard work that goes into each celebration
