                                NEW STARTING RATE - $22-$25/hr

Join our team as an HBTS Support Staff in our Home Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS) program! We provide home based services to children with disabilities and/or intensive behavior needs. Work closely with the child, family, clinician, coordinator and other staff to help a child accomplish their goals. 

• We currently have multiple positions available in homes across Rhode Island (Bristol, Portsmouth, Newport, Providence, Warwick, Middletown, Narragansett etc)
• Children range in age from 3 to 18. You would be assigned to one child who best matches your interests, qualifications and availability. 
• All positions are part time and after school hours.
• We offer paid training and internship credit if approved by your school

Essential Skills Required: 

• A strong dedication and enjoyment of working with children and adolescents
• A passion for learning new skills and seeking personal and professional growth
• Empathy, patience, creativity, and playfulness a must!

Depending on your schedule, you can work as few as 6 hours per week (Two 3 hour shifts) and as many as 15-20 hours per week. It's up to you!

Valid driver's license, auto liability insurance, safe driving record and access to a dependable vehicle required. Prior to employment, successful candidate must pass BCI background check and driving record check.
