Position Summary
This is a paid leadership trainee role designed for individuals with little or no prior management experience. Candidates will be trained to become a Shift Manager responsible for leading restaurant operations during assigned shifts.
This role is part of a structured leadership development path focused on learning restaurant operations, team leadership, and QSC&V standards.
What You Will Learn / Do
- How to lead and supervise a restaurant shift
- How to manage crew performance and guest experience
- How to maintain QSC&V standards (Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Value)
- How to support daily operational flow
- How to develop leadership and communication skills
