Field Intern
The Field Intern at Structor Group is an essential part of the project team, providing hands-on support to ensure smooth field operations. This role offers a valuable learning experience in construction management, site coordination, and project execution. The Field Intern will assist project managers, superintendents, and other field personnel while gaining practical knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control. Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Superintendent with on-site logistics
- Aid with daily jobsite documentation
- Assist with and oversee subcontractor daily activities
- Provide assistance in the oversight of project schedule
- Maintain jobsite cleanliness
- Follow all safety and OSHA standards and procedures
- Display professional image at all time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Display good judgment
- Be self-disciplined and self-motivated in completing tasks
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
This role is primarily performed on active construction jobsites and may involve outdoor weather conditions. The Field Intern must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the jobsite, communicate effectively with team members, and follow all safety requirements. Occasional lifting of materials or tools up to 25–50 pounds may be required, along with limited computer or office-based tasks as needed.
