The Role As a Warehouse Operations Associate, you'll be at the heart of our fulfillment operation: preparing, labeling, and packing inventory to get products out the door accurately and on time. This is a hands-on, physically active role in a fast-paced environment. We're specifically hiring people who have the work ethic, judgment, and drive to grow into Lead and Manager positions as the company scales.
What You'll Do
- Prep, inspect, label, poly-bag, bundle, and box products to Amazon FBA and marketplace standards
- Receive and process incoming inventory; verify counts and condition
- Build and create outbound shipments; scan, palletize, and stage for pickup
- Use inventory and fulfillment software (scanners, labeling tools, Seller Central, etc.) to track work accurately
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Hit daily throughput and accuracy targets in a high-volume setting
- Take on additional responsibility over time as you grow into a leadership role
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or distribution environment
- Comfort with computer systems and software — you can learn new tools quickly and work accurately with data
- A fast worker who's detail-oriented and doesn't cut corners
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-first attitude
- Genuine interest in growing into a management position — we have clear progression paths and we promote from within
- Someone who shares our philosophy: move fast, take ownership, raise the bar
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand and stay active for the entire shift
- Able to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 lbs throughout the day
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $17–$23/hr, based on experience
- One week of paid time off (accrued), with more benefits being added as the company grows
- Full-time
