Most entry-level jobs put you in a cubicle running someone else’s numbers. This one puts you in front of decision-makers, owning a real territory, and earning directly from what you close. If you graduated wanting to build something—this is where that starts.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Master Seal Craft is a fast-growing commercial refrigeration service company. We work inside restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, hotels, stadiums, and school cafeterias across Northern California—replacing refrigeration door gaskets, seals, door hardware, and related components that keep commercial kitchens compliant, cold, and running.

We’re expanding in the Sacramento and Roseville area and looking for one driven person to build and own this territory. You don’t need years of B2B experience. You don’t need to know what a door gasket is on day one. What you need is competitive fire, a willingness to get off the phone and in front of people, and the ability to earn someone’s trust face-to-face.

We will teach you everything about the product and the customer. You bring the drive.

COMPENSATION & EARNINGS PATH

Base Salary: $2,500–$3,500/month (depending on experience) + uncapped monthly commission

You are paid a base every month—commission is on top of that, not instead of it. Reps who work the territory consistently and build account relationships hit $100K+ by year three. There is no cap.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a field-based role. You’ll spend your days moving through your territory, not sitting at a desk.

• Prospect & Build. Walk in cold and warm to restaurants, grocers, hotels, and institutions in the Sacramento and Roseville area. Build the relationship with the owner, GM, or kitchen manager.
• Assess & Advise. Walk kitchens, identify refrigeration doors that need gaskets or hardware, and write up quotes on the spot. You are the inspector, the advisor, and the closer.
• Install & Deliver. Perform the installations yourself—refrigeration gaskets and door hardware components. Compact, clean work. No refrigerant, no electrical, no heavy lifting. We train you completely.
• Grow Your Book. Follow up, check in, and grow your existing accounts by upselling additional service needs. Your territory’s recurring revenue is your income engine.
• Manage Your Territory. Log activity, notes, and opportunities in our CRM after each visit. Weekly Zoom check-in with the owner.

• Competitive people. In school, at work, in sports—you know what it feels like to be behind on a number and to grind until you’re not.
• Independent operators. You don’t need someone to tell you to make the next call. You map your week, you execute, and you report back.
• Strong communicators. You can walk into a kitchen, shake hands with a stranger, and build rapport in the first five minutes. People trust you.
• Hands-on and adaptable. You’re okay getting your hands dirty occasionally. Installations are clean and straightforward—but this isn’t a role for someone who’s precious about it.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re intentionally keeping this list short. We hire on character and coachability first.

• Education. Bachelor’s degree or in-progress (Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Agriculture Business, Supply Chain, or related)—or equivalent real-world experience
• Experience. Any sales, customer-facing, or service experience is a plus: retail, foodservice, campus organizations, door-to-door, internships. We want to see that you’ve had to earn a yes from someone.
• Transportation. Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle. We reimburse mileage at the IRS rate.
• Geography. Based in or willing to relocate to the Sacramento or Roseville area.
• Industry knowledge. Restaurant, grocery, or foodservice industry familiarity is a strong plus—but not required.

No prior refrigeration or technical knowledge required. Full product and installation training is provided.

We specialize in commercial refrigeration door gasket replacement and door hardware repair—a niche, recurring-need service with customers who have to buy from someone. Our edge is quality, response time, and relationship. We’re growing fast and hiring selectively.
