Growth Marketing Intern

Growth & Creator Marketing Intern — ScrollToll (North Star Labs)

ScrollToll is a fast-growing iOS app that locks Instagram/TikTok until you answer a study question — built for premeds studying for the MCAT. It's profitable, growing every week, and run by a small founding team. We're hiring our first marketing intern to own growth alongside the founder.

What you'll do:
- Run our creator program: find student/premed micro-creators, reach out at volume, manage the pipeline (briefs, codes, collecting videos)
- Help produce & schedule organic content (TikTok / Reels) — including iterating on what's working
- Grow our presence in premed communities (Reddit, Discord, group chats)
- Track what's converting and bring ideas for what to try next

You might be a fit if you:
- Live on TikTok/IG and have taste for what makes content work
- Are organized, self-driven, and follow through without being chased
- Bonus: you're premed / know the student world, or have made content yourself
- No marketing degree or experience required — hustle and judgment matter more

Details:

Part-time (~10–15 hrs/wk, flexible around classes)

· Paid ($20–25/hr)

· Real ownership and a shipped-product portfolio, working directly with the founder.

HOW TO APPLY — read this, it's different

Don't click Apply. Email partnerships@northstarlabs.app with the subject line "Creator — [Your School]".

Send us four things:

1. A spec video. Pick either of these and remake it:
- https://www.tiktok.com/@lockedinwithmo/video/7617402671636417813

Same structure, same beats, your own topic — anything you want, it does not need to be about us or about studying. 15–30 seconds, filmed on your phone, no editing beyond cuts. This should take you about 20 minutes.

Post it or send a Drive/Dropbox link. Please don't attach the file.

2. Your school, major, and year.

3. Your public Instagram or TikTok.

4. One sentence on why the video you picked works.
