Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator (Part-Time)
Christianne & Company is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support our executive coaching, leadership development, and training firm.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll support executive coaching engagements, leadership trainings, retreats, and day-to-day business operations while working closely with the Founder & CEO.
This position begins at approximately 8–15 hours per week with opportunities for additional hours as business needs grow.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar, scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Coordinate Zoom meetings, Calendly scheduling, and Google Workspace
- Prepare materials for executive coaching sessions, workshops, and leadership trainings
- Support live virtual trainings and in-person events
- Coordinate travel logistics, itineraries, and event preparation
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain organized digital files and confidential client information
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and administrative projects
- Communicate professionally with executives, clients, and partners
- Provide hands-on support during live events, including setup, breakdown, and transporting materials

Requirements
- Available to work remotely approximately 8–15 hours per week
- Must be available for one required in-person leadership event in New York City during the third week of July to start.
- Willing to travel locally for trainings and retreats as needed
- Able to lift and transport event materials (approximately 30–40 pounds)
- Reliable transportation to event locations
Compensation
- $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience
- Opportunity for additional hours and increased responsibility as the company grows
