Product Manager

About the role

Define and drive the roadmap for Saroot Labs' products. You gather customer insights, coordinate engineering and design, and use AI tools to move faster and make better decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the product roadmap
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights
  • Coordinate engineering, design, and AI teams toward shared goals
  • Use AI tools for research, competitive analysis, and planning
  • Track product metrics and drive data-informed decisions

Uses AI for research, planning, and roadmapping

Candidates must be comfortable working alongside AI employees, using AI tools daily, reviewing AI-generated outputs, delegating tasks to AI systems, and operating in AI-human collaborative workflows. Experience with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, or similar is strongly preferred.
