Position Summary
Yanwen Express is seeking a and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, sorting, inventory control, outbound processing, and last-mile delivery coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong operational execution skills, experience managing warehouse teams, and a solid understanding of logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, scanning, sorting, picking, packing, staging, dispatching, and returns processing.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and last-mile delivery handoffs to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor workflow and labor allocation to meet daily productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets.
- Train, coach, and supervise warehouse associates to ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and performance expectations.
- Track inventory movement, investigate discrepancies, and support cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Ensure all packages are properly scanned, labeled, sorted, and routed according to operational requirements.
- Work closely with operations, transportation, customer service, and management teams to resolve shipment issues and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase productivity and reduce errors.
- Prepare daily operational reports, including productivity, attendance, shipment volume, exceptions, and issue resolution updates.
- Support peak-season planning, staffing coordination, and overtime scheduling as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or last-mile delivery experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment preferred.
- Experience with parcel sorting, delivery dispatch, route coordination, or last-mile operations is a strong plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing operational priorities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, or overtime based on business needs.

1.负责仓内现场运营工作，包括：负责入货/出货，分拣工/劳务工的仓内秩序管理和行为监督以及司机的场地秩序管理、异常订单处理，WMS系统操作，返仓件交接，现场分拣工作的安排；

3.负责根据货物量计划和管理仓内人员的工作日程安排，确保人员满足货物分拣的需求，保证货物正常的进出，合理化人员配置，控制人工成本；
4.负责监督并管理车队的现场取/返货的工作，保证司机取货的规范及准确，负责处理司机异常件的情况等；
5.负责仓内工作环境干净、专业、安全，确保遵守公司政策和安全规程，并确保仓库内设备设施均有适当的记录并正常安全运行的状态；
6.在工作开始和结束时进行仓库巡视和清扫，保证设备正常运行，仓内环境干净整洁；
7.质量与交付：负责仓库货物有效分拣，保证提货准确性、库存准确性及派送时效性；
