Guest Experience Representatives are responsible for delivering the highest level of guest service at all points of guest contact in the areas of Admissions, Gift Shop, Café, Custodial, Groundskeeping, Special Events, Train Depot, and more. Guest Experience areas are the main contact points for zoo visitors and staff seeking zoo related information, customer service, and general assistance; Representatives must quickly and efficiently resolve guest issues with minimal supervision, accurately complete transactions in the point-of- sale system and possess general zoo knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
