Title: Videographer & Digital Content Creator
Compensation: Approximately $50,000–$60,000, depending on the portfolio, plus mileage/company vehicle access, health insurance and equipment.
Mission: Document Lampasona’s projects, people, capabilities and culture.
The job should include:
- Visiting active jobsites two or three days per week
- Drone photography and video
- Interviews with superintendents, clients and employees
- Project-progress and time-lapse videos
- Recruiting and employee-culture content
- Finished-project case studies
- Short-form Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok content
- Maintaining an organized photo/video library
- Occasionally documenting business-development trips and company events
- Manage company's website and social media accounts
