Account Representative/Sales Specialist

Magnolia Consulting is seeking a motivated, full-time Wireless & 5G Internet Sales

Representative to grow our market in the Kansas City area and surrounding cities.

Position Details:

● Hybrid Schedule: Mornings begin with virtual meetings conducted via Zoom, allowing

you to avoid the morning commute. After meetings, you will manage your assigned

territories in the KC area and surrounding cities for face-to-face customer engagement.

● Transportation: Reliable, daily transportation is required.

● Commitment: We are currently seeking full-time candidates only.

Responsibilities

● Conduct lead-based sales within assigned territories to educate potential customers

about wireless and 5G internet services.

● Identify and qualify leads given by our clients.

● Clearly and persuasively articulate the benefits and features of our 5G, streaming,

and wireless products compared to competitors.

● Manage the sales process from initial contact through service installation scheduling.

● Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM

system.

● Attend daily training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about product

updates, promotions, and sales strategies.

● Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and

generate referrals.

● Handle customer inquiries and address concerns in a professional and timely manner.

● Collaborate with the installation and technical support teams to ensure a smooth

transition for new customers.
