This is a fully in-person, customer-facing role focused on building relationships with local business clients and delivering tailored AT&T solutions.
As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you will represent AT&T directly in the field, meeting with business owners, presenting telecom solutions, and guiding clients through the enrollment and onboarding process. What the Entry Level Sales Associate Does
- Engage directly with business customers in person to introduce AT&T products and services
- Present and explain AT&T Business solutions including fiber, wireless, and bundled plans
- Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that improve connectivity and efficiency
- Assist new clients through the enrollment and onboarding process
- Build and maintain relationships to support customer retention and account growth
- Track interactions and client progress using CRM systems
