Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile

• Ensure our guests receive Perfect Product with every visit
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly

• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A's high standards for operating and food safety
• Uphold Chick-fil-A's dress code
