• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service
• Assist clients with policy questions, changes, billing, and claims
• Educate customers on coverage options and available services
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

• Sales experience (inside, outside, retail, or telemarketing) preferred
