Meet the Team
The Corporate Access Services team helps to facilitate access to company management teams, both sell-side broker sourced, and Millennium originated, for Millennium Investment Professionals to increase the quantity and quality of their industry meetings. Day-to-day, interns will be handling various databases and email correspondence, implementing internal and external communication channels and processes, coordinating internal meetings, preparing reports, and working to increase efficiencies.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Corporate Access team in delivering a high level of client service to Portfolio Managers and Analysts, with a strong sense of prioritization and urgency, primarily across EMEA.
- Support internal sales and target marketing efforts.
- Implement internal and external communication channels and help streamline processes for sell-side broker-sourced and Millennium-originated Corporate Access events.
- Update and maintain the internal proprietary Corporate Access portal to manage forward-looking event marketing and requests.
- Coordinate meetings by booking and confirming rooms and attendees, managing meeting requests from Portfolio Managers and Analysts, and sending calendar invites for Corporate Access meetings and events in EMEA.
- Proactively support conference attendance strategy by helping facilitate a high volume of company meeting requests and allocations through efficient and reliable processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers to support smooth and effective communication.
- Assist with preparing Corporate Access consumption reports for strategy sessions with Portfolio Managers and Analysts.
What You Bring
- Candidate graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Majors in Business, Humanities and Social Sciences are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, including the ability to work with and manipulate data.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to support teammates.
