Embedded Software and Controls Engineer

We are seeking an Embedded Software and Controls Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and ownership of advanced controls solutions within an AI data center environment. This role will focus on designing and deploying AI rack-level IPC/PLC-based control systems and creating management APIs, with an emphasis on reliability, scalability, and integration across critical AI data center infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will play a key role implementing system architecture, driving technical standards, and ensuring seamless interfacing between rack-level controls and broader data center systems such as power, cooling, and monitoring platforms. This position requires a hands-on engineer who can balance system design with practical implementation, while collaborating cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, and operations teams.
