What you’ll get to work on:
- Work with Cybersecurity team members in the penetration testing lab to find hardware and software vulnerabilities impacting the self-driving system
- Penetration test and evaluate state-of-the-art sensors and other hardware used across the Autonomous Vehicle space
- Test Autonomous Vehicle prototypes to find weaknesses in self-driving vehicles
- Develop exploits for autonomous and traditional vehicle hardware
- Stay informed of the latest developments in the cybersecurity industry
- Contribute to communicating discovered weaknesses to relevant stakeholders
Education and Experience we want from you:
- Undergraduate (Junior-level or strong Sophomore) or Graduate (MS, PhD) coursework in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Equivalent Knowledge and Work Experience
- Experience with penetration testing tooling such as Kali Linux, Universal Radio Hacker, Software Defined Radio, JTAG/UART, Ghidra, signal generation and measurement devices, and network penetration testing tools
- Experience programming in C++ and Python
- Experience with Linux work environment, software, and toolchains
Bonus points for having experience with:
- Fuzz testing
- Reverse engineering
- Exploit development
- Cryptography
- IDA Pro or similar tools
- Testing Report Writing
