Engineering Co-Op

The Engineering Co-Op is “hosted” by the Engineering Department at one of our manufacturing/distribution facilities, our technical center or headquarters. 
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Plant Engineers with:
•Equipment analysis
•New installations and facility revisions
•Developing drawings and specifications for equipment layout
•Investigation of new plant engineering processes and techniques
•Administrative activities
•Special projects as identified by the Engineering Team
 
Basic Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university at the time of the Co-Op
Must have sophomore, junior or senior class standing at the time of the Co-Op
Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8
Must be willing to relocate
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point
 
Other Qualifications:
Major in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related majors
Previous internship, co-op or work experience in a related field
Previous Sherwin-Williams internship/co-op experience
Demonstrated leadership by involvement in extra curricular activities on campus or in the community
