What you will do:
- Transform business requirements into technical solutions with a keen business acumen
- Analyze and optimize processes to leverage Azure Data & Analytics Services
- Design and implement data architectures using cloud technologies; build and maintain modern data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and consumption
- Develop data warehousing and advanced analytics tools
- Facilitate data accessibility for analysis and visualization; ensure robust metrics and monitoring are in place
Skills and experiences
- Proven ability to turn business use cases into technical solutions
- Expertise in data profiling, cataloging, and mapping for technical data flow; proficiency in SQL, Spark, PySpark, and Python
- Working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, and Synapse
- Experience with data preparation for Data Science and Machine Learning
- Strong understanding of DevOps processes and infrastructure as code; proficient with Git/TFS/VSTS for version control
