Account Representative
Insightechs-INT LTD is seeking a motivated and dynamic account representative to join our team. As a leading digital marketing company, we specialize in delivering innovative solutions to help businesses grow and thrive in the digital landscape. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and creating effective marketing strategies that drive results.
We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and tenacious individual to join our highly ambitious company. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be part of a growing team, with clear long term career progression leading to EEG, BCI technology sales earning lucrative six figure income.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via telephone to promote our products and services
- Explain the features and benefits of our offerings to potential customers
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Identify and qualify sales leads
- Follow up with customers to answer questions and provide additional information
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities
- Source suitable developers for client projects from our outsourcing platforms
- Support the departments in various administrative duties as and when required.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience (preferable)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable making outbound calls
