Overview: As a Base Shop Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our base shop facility. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily activities, coordinating schedules, managing inventory, and fostering a positive work environment for our team. You will be a central point of contact for both internal staff and external stakeholders, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day activities within the base shop, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Coordinate schedules for shop personnel, assigning tasks and projects as needed.
- Monitor workflow and address any issues or delays promptly to maintain productivity.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with procurement to source materials and negotiate favorable pricing agreements.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards and customer expectations.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Address any quality issues promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Provide guidance and support to shop personnel, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for skill development to enhance team capabilities.
Compliance:
- Enforce procedures to ensure a cooperative working environment for all staff.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and ensure compliance with relevant safety standards.
- Manage client profiles and assist agents with client relationship management.
Customer Service:
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, providing timely and courteous assistance.
- Address customer concerns or complaints effectively, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and loyalty.
Qualifications:.

- Must pass a State Life Proucer Exam and hold a valid license
