Special Education Secondary Teacher - Probationary

Students w/Disabilities Generalist 7-12 NYS certification is required for a probationary tenure track Special Education teacher position at the High School level. The selected candidate for this tenure track position should have:

experience in a 12:1:2 multi grade classroom for students with Autism and other developmental delays.

strong background in behavior modification

experience with ABA or TEACCH

experience with creating and differentiating classroom materials aligned to standards with significant modifications.

a strong background in vocational training
