Teacher - Special Education Elementary - probationary

NYS certification in Students w/Disabilities 1-6 or Students w/Disabilities All Grades is required for a probationary Special Education Teacher position for the 2024-25 school year. The selected candidate for this tenure track position should

have experience in an 8:1:2 multi grade classroom for students with Autism and other developmental delays.

a strong background in behavior modification

experience with ABA or TEACCH

experience with creating and differentiating classroom materials aligned to standards with significant modifications.

be familiar with the NYSAA standards and administration.
