Casino Table Dealer (Part-Time)
Location: Ogden, Utah
Hourly Rate: $14/hour (with potential for growth upon certification)
Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights, 7 pm - 12 am

All In Gaming is a unique entertainment venue in Ogden, Utah, where guests can enjoy the thrill of casino table games in a fun, risk-free environment! With no cash bets or gambling involved, our guests get to play for the love of the game — and we’re looking for enthusiastic, personable dealers to bring that experience to life.

Position Overview:
We’re hiring part-time Casino Table Dealers to manage our four table games: Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em. As a dealer, you’ll be responsible for engaging players, handling chips, and ensuring everyone has a great time. No experience? No problem! We provide training, and you’ll have the opportunity to become a certified casino dealer.

What You’ll Do:

  • Host and manage table games, including Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Ultimate Texas Hold'em
  • Welcome guests, explain rules, and guide them through the games
  • Provide an engaging, friendly, and memorable experience for all players
  • Ensure that game rules are followed and game flow remains smooth
  • Monitor and handle chips in a non-cash, risk-free setting
  • Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, positive attitude and passion for creating a fun experience
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to explain game rules clearly
  • Dependable and trustworthy individuals who enjoy working as part of a team
  • Availability to work Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings
  • Willingness to learn and an interest in becoming certified as a casino dealer
