Content Producer

We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Content Producer to join our team for a minimum of 10–20 hours weekly. This role will focus on capturing, creating, and producing high-quality social media content.  

We are a small but impactful team based in the Union Market/NOMA area of Washington, DC, and we are looking for someone who is excited about what they do and eager to help us elevate to the next level. We will provide all the necessary camera and recording equipment to support your creative process.  

The primary priorities include:  

1. E-Course Launch  

   - Launching our first e-course, Pathways to Property—a comprehensive course designed to educate individuals on various pathways in real estate.  

2. Podcast Launch  

   - Launching two monthly podcasts with two episodes each: 

     - Eluvial Uncontained: A real estate-focused podcast. 

     - The BuilderBae: A podcast highlighting individuals building their empires and exploring their journey, including lessons on health, wealth, and spirituality.  

3. Daily Social Media Content  

   - Creating and posting 4–5 video posts per week for @EluvialInc and @CovingtonCo.  

   - Content should align with the brand identity of each platform. While some content may be similar, the messaging must be distinct. @CovingtonCo will require slightly less video content.
