Social Media Promoter

This is a great volunteer opportunity for a mother and child or siblings. The Circle's Edge, Inc.(tm), a small, crucial, self funded, non-profit seeks a detailed oriented, passionate, Promotions Volunteer to:

• Promote our various events and Outreach Activities in newspapers, on-line, and through various media outlets such as (but definitely not limited to):

o Craigslist

o Facebook

o Twitter

o YouTube

o NYC Village Voice

o Local (Albany area) news stations

o Local (Albany area) radio stations

o Local (Albany area) newspaper stations

o Various magazines editors

o Various local and national TV shows (such as Ellen, Rachel Ray, etc.) that would offer opportunities to showcase The Circle's Edge, Inc.(tm), our Mission, Outreach Opportunities, Activities, Members, and Cause

• Help draft and distribute Press Releases to the local media outlets (radio, TV, internet, and print) alerting those said editors of our existence, cause, and Outreach Event.

• Try and distribute our info inside local high schools and universities

• And various other Marketing, Promotional, Speaking (over the phone, on the internet, or in person), and Writing Activities and Opportunities.

• Help create educational outreach materials (flyers, brochure, on-line publications such as eCards, etc.) to distribute to the said media outlets and the general public.
