Role Overview
We are seeking a Private Equity Analyst to join our team. The analyst will be responsible for conducting market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and investment screening for potential deals. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop expertise in investment strategies, deal structuring, and corporate finance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-growth investment opportunities in SaaS, Industrials, and Healthcare.
- Perform financial modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO, Comparable Analysis) for potential investments.
- Assist in the due diligence process, including industry analysis, competitive benchmarking, and risk assessment.
- Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal discussions and investor pitches.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and provide analytical support for operational improvements.
- Work closely with senior team members to support deal execution and negotiations.
Requirements:
- Background in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, CapIQ, PitchBook, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and within a team.
