We are currently hiring two Summer Warehouse Data Analyst Interns:

One Part-Time (15–20 hours/week)

One Full-Time (up to 40 hours/week)

Position Summary:
This internship is ideal for students seeking practical, hands-on experience in supply chain and analytics. You’ll work on structured, project-based assignments that support internal operations and strategic decision-making. The role also involves weekly reporting to leadership and interaction with international vendors — making proficiency in a second language a valuable bonus.

Please note: This is an unpaid internship, but we can work with your school or department to help you earn course credit based on your major and academic program.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze warehouse operations and delivery data to identify trends and opportunities

Compile and deliver weekly “media sweep” reports to internal managers and executives

Participate in project-based assignments using business frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Pareto, cost-benefit)

Communicate with international vendors to gather data and support ongoing collaboration

Create clear dashboards and presentations using Excel, Google Sheets, or other tools

Present key findings and project updates to internal teams

Qualifications:

Current student (undergraduate or graduate) in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field

No prior work experience required — we welcome learners with a strong interest and willingness to grow

Strong communication and organizational skills

Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with data tools is a plus

Comfortable working remotely and managing time independently

Bonus: Proficiency in a second language (such as Mandarin, Spanish, etc.)

Role Options:

Part-Time Internship: 15–20 hours/week

Full-Time Internship: Up to 40 hours/week
