What I liked

What I wish was different

I would have liked to see more quantifiable metrics to demonstrate the impact on business goals, examples of overcoming obstacles, details around stakeholder relationships, and evidence of user-centric decision-making to showcase a comprehensive set of PM leadership strengths.

Advice

To enable transparency and alignment, create open channels for regular status reporting, obstacle escalation, collaborative troubleshooting, and leadership visibility by making communication a cultural priority.
